Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using any services provided by Sebastian Tyler LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By engaging with our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Sebastian Tyler LLC provides professional website design, web development, custom software solutions, and other related digital services. All services will be outlined in a written proposal, scope of work, or invoice prior to the start of any project.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide timely access to necessary materials, content, and approvals.
- Respond promptly to communication.
- Ensure all information submitted is accurate and complete.
- Make payments in accordance with the agreed terms.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including deposit requirements, milestones, and final payment, will be specified in the project agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees or result in suspension of services.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client will own the final website or software deliverables. Sebastian Tyler LLC retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio and for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any third-party assets (e.g., fonts, stock photos, plugins) used in the project may remain subject to their respective licenses.
5. Revisions and Scope Changes
Reasonable revisions are included as specified in the project agreement. Additional work beyond the agreed scope may be billed at an hourly or flat rate, as determined by Sebastian Tyler LLC.
6. Confidentiality
We agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information provided by the client, and the client agrees to the same regarding any of our proprietary methods or practices.
7. Warranties and Liability
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Sebastian Tyler LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the delivered products or services, including any loss of business, revenue, or data.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
